The Starter plan is completely free, forever. You get 1,000 API calls per month with core features including device identification, basic bot detection, and IP geolocation. No credit card is required to sign up. If you need more calls or advanced signals, you can upgrade to Pro at any time.

Each call to the /v1/identify endpoint counts as one API call. This is typically triggered once per page load or user session. Subsequent requests to retrieve event data using a requestId do not count against your quota. Dashboard access, rule configuration, and webhook deliveries are also free.

On the Starter plan, API calls beyond 1,000 will return a 429 rate-limit response until the next billing cycle. On the Pro plan, overage calls are billed at $2.50 per 1,000. You can set spending alerts and hard caps in the dashboard to prevent surprises. Enterprise plans include custom volume pricing.

Yes. You can switch from monthly to annual billing at any time from your account settings. When switching to annual, you will receive a prorated credit for the remainder of your current monthly cycle. Annual plans save 20% compared to monthly billing and are billed as a single upfront payment.

Yes. Every new account gets a 14-day free trial of the Pro plan with unlimited API calls. No credit card required to start. At the end of the trial, you can choose to continue on Pro, downgrade to Starter, or contact us for Enterprise pricing. You will never be charged without explicit confirmation.
