What does a typical sales conversation look like?
After you submit the form, a solutions engineer will reach out within one business day. Most conversations start with a 30-minute discovery call where we learn about your use case, current fraud challenges, and expected volume. From there, we can provide a tailored demo, a proof-of-concept plan, and custom pricing — usually within the same week.
Can I test Prynt before committing to an Enterprise plan?
Absolutely. Every account starts with a 14-day free trial of the Pro plan with unlimited API calls. For Enterprise evaluations, we offer extended proof-of-concept periods (typically 30 days) with dedicated engineering support. You can test against real traffic with zero risk.
How long does Enterprise onboarding take?
Most Enterprise customers go from contract signing to production deployment in under two weeks. Our onboarding includes a dedicated solutions engineer, custom rules configuration, integration review, and a go-live checklist. For teams needing SAML SSO or on-premise deployment, we recommend allowing an additional one to two weeks for infrastructure setup.
Do you offer a security review or vendor assessment package?
Yes. We maintain a ready-to-share security package that includes our SOC 2 Type II report, ISO 27001 certificate, penetration test summary, data processing agreement (DPA), and a completed CAIQ questionnaire. We can send this to your security or procurement team immediately upon request.
